Weight Watchers is a lifestyle change that regime.
Before starting a diet such as Weight Watchers (WW), you may have many questions. Many schemes exist to help you lose weight, but those who have tried Weight Watchers readily say, among other things, that the program is reasonable and does not make them feel deprived of food. Before starting the diet WW, made a point with our 4 things to know and judge for yourself if this plan suits you.

1) Nobody will look down at meetings WW
If you’re really overweight or obese, you’re probably familiar with some unfriendly looks. Some people may already be made fun of your weight problems. That will not happen in a Weight Watchers meeting. WW meetings take place in environments of support where everyone has the same goals.
During the WW meetings, your host will help you achieve your weight loss goals by helping you find creative ways to handle difficult situations where there is food around you. There will be other people who have the same goals as you in these meetings.
In some cities, Weight Watchers even organize meetings specifically dedicated to nursing women or men who felt themselves in a minority in the classic WW meetings. It is good to know that everybody supports. You could also make friends at Weight Watchers meetings.
2) Your weight will not be written on a bulletin board at the sight of everyone
Weekly weighings are confidential. Only you and the facilitator of the meeting will know your weight. The other members of the WW meeting waiting to weigh themselves remain outside, so they do not see or hear the results of your weighing.
3) You will not be hungry all the time
In fact, Weight Watchers advises its members not to get too hungry, which in turn can lead to binge eating. Instead, Weight Watchers encourages members to be aware of signals of hunger and eating nutritious and healthy.
The amount of food eaten daily as part of a weight loss program is based on a WW point system (under the new system in 2010 called Pro WW Points). If your weight is high or if you are breastfeeding, Weight Watchers allows more food. The calculation of points, explained on the form of Weight Watchers provides a daily quota of points (to be shared between different foods). This daily quota of points is realistic but still low enough to help you lose 0.5 to 1 kilogram per week.
4) You will not be forced to give up your favorite foods
Weight Watchers has no forbidden foods. Any food can find its place in the program WW, as you watch your portions and eat in moderation (during special occasions) foods loaded with calories and low in nutrients.
