By mid-afternoon

Dinner
3 ozs. Salmon
1 cup onion rice
Cabbage salad with low fat dressing or vinaigrette **
1 glass of water or 8 oz. low calorie drink (40 calories or less per serving)
Before sleep
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup water
