There are many types of giant diet. And they all promise you a slender figure in no time. Which diets give you the most energy and are good for your mental and physical health? I can not decide for you, but I can help you do it yourself to find out.

Experiment with eating.

Try different types of diets. If you feel you’ve found a diet that suits you, then keep it for thirty days. Your body and mind has more than two weeks are needed to adapt to the new diet. Total calories (kcal) consumed each day varies for men going from 1500 to 4000 calories for women from 1200 to 2800 calories. These are average numbers, there are cases of athletes and elite athletes come to consume 8000 to 12,000 calories a day. Themselves, which average four humans eat!

What determines our daily caloric needs depends on many factors, including:

- Our current weight
- Our height
- Our age
- Our gender
- Our workout
- Our health
- Our percentage of body fat
- Our metabolism
- Our environment

To obtain an accurate estimate as possible of our daily caloric needs, these factors should be considered. We say estimated because there are certain factors that can not be measured accurately. Increase caloric expenditure for quick weight loss

To lose weight it is important to continuously increase caloric expenditure, and the obvious way to accelerate the expenditure of energy is doing more exercise. However, it is not have enough motivation to get up and do the movements of an exercise video or force you to go to the gym after a hard day’s work.

Going to the gym can actually help, but the reality is that many people want to avoid exercise and not because they are lazy but because it simply is not for them. To increase energy expenditure without the need to become a member or a gym membership is required to make a conscious effort but gradual lifestyle change towards a level more slowly benefit healthy.

For example ….

Spend more time in:

- Do extra chores around the house or garden

- Walking or biking when you’re out doing your shopping

- Have a hobby that requires some movement or standing

- Do activities that will entertain or attend family reunions and / or social

- Prepare your meals with natural ingredients

And try to spend less time.
