Bedtime has an extreme influence on abdominal fat accumulation, especially at the young age. Lack or excess of sleep most easily make a full belly fat.
Studies have shown that short sleep duration or length of abdominal fat have increased greater than the normal night’s sleep for 6-7 hours.
The results showed that the participants under the age of 40 years, both short sleep duration or longer are associated with increased body mass index or Body Mass Index (BMI) are significant. Because contact with subcutaneous adipose tissue or subcutaneous adipose tissue (SAT) and visceral adipose tissue or visceral adipose tissue (VAT) that accumulate a lot of fat.
Compared with those who slept for 6-7 hours a night, one night’s sleep for 5 hours or less has increased an average BMI of 1.8 higher and greater accumulation of SAT and VAT 42 cm 13 cm. While sleeping the night for 8 hours or more increased 0.8 higher BMI, as well as accumulation of SAT and VAT 20 cm 6 cm greater.
But there was no significant relationship between sleep duration abdominal fat changes in participants over the age of 40 years.
In the duration of sleep makes them at risk for metabolic disorders such as obesity and diabetes.
Proper sleep is important to maintain a healthy weight.

When you want to lose weight there is an obvious need to reduce the amount of energy consumed, but once the diet has been established it may sometimes eat over those calories needed to lose weight. To try to compensate for these “occasional incidents” could try to make our meals at times when it is more likely that more energy is used effectively to replace nutrition needs and reduce the risk of build up that energy as fat in the hips. So when is the best time to eat?
Some experts say the best time to eat is when we feel hungry because this is nature’s way of telling us that the body requires nutrients or energy. The problem with this recommendation is that many feel hungry all the time and rely on high-calorie meals, which is partly why it has gained weight in the first place.
Personally I think the best time to consume energy is when the body is more active when the metabolism is accelerated or when there is a need for extra nutrition. (more…)

It is often difficult, you know you are overweight, but you just can not muster the courage to ‘no’ to say that sausage sandwich or small hand sweets or chips. Yet the only thing to do for you at a normal weight.
Slim and healthy.
Everyone knows that fast food and soft drinks and fast off-the-shelf products are not good for you and certainly not if you want to lose weight. Therefore the first thing people often let alone with a slimming cure when you want to start. Fast food is bad for your body so that it is ‘junk’ get called, and that says a plenty right? The nasty taste of that name better indicates how you against these tempting but unhealthy foods should look and not just the slimming cure times but always, every day during your life.
Everyone has his own building.
What is important is that once you first must realize that everyone has his own building and construction. Our body is different as our tastes and feelings and ideas on life and so is the size and functioning of our body differently. We can not all equally slim! Even though we still like that. There are many types of giant diet. And they all promise you a slender figure in no time. Which diets give you the most energy and are good for your mental and physical health? I can not decide for you, but I can help you do it yourself to find out.
Experiment with eating.
Try different types of diets. If you feel you’ve found a diet that suits you, then keep it for thirty days. Your body and mind has more than two weeks are needed to adapt to the new diet. It may be that you yourself feel bad after two weeks, but after four weeks fit and healthy. This has to do with detoxifying the body, as headache, back pain and mood swings can bring me with them. However disappear just as quickly as they come.
A diary.
Write down your experiences short daily in a notebook. Do particular attention to the amount of energy you get or missing. You feel happy or are you more depressed? Are you clear of mind or forgetful? The memory of a man is selective and we have the habit of us only positive things to remember. Your notes can then post your diet to help objectively evaluate various diets and with each other to compare. Often the ideal diet for you from a hodgepodge of ideas from different diets.
Self assessment.
Books, magazines and the Internet give you tips for effective dieting constantly. But any diet works for everyone else and everyone else every diet emotional experience. Try also particularly science drawing from your experiences. In the literature are often contradictory and speaks about health. There is a relationship between a bad breakfast and many health problems!

All I ate yesterday, we can divide into two major groups:

Expend energy yesterday when you were awake, and body building materials used at night to regenerate.
Your body wakes in the morning and there are 100 trillion cells that they say in unison, “Give me the nutrients and energy I spent yesterday.”
And what are you giving your body the morning? Toast with jam and coffee with sugar.
These are simple carbohydrates that are digested and converted immediately into sugar in the blood.

Total calories (kcal) consumed each day varies for men going from 1500 to 4000 calories for women from 1200 to 2800 calories. These are average numbers, there are cases of athletes and elite athletes come to consume 8000 to 12,000 calories a day. Themselves, which average four humans eat!
What determines our daily caloric needs depends on many factors, including:
- Our current weight
- Our height
- Our age
- Our gender
- Our workout
- Our health
- Our percentage of body fat
- Our metabolism
- Our environment
To obtain an accurate estimate as possible of our daily caloric needs, these factors should be considered. We say estimated because there are certain factors that can not be measured accurately.
