Menu 3: Brown rice with vegetables (60g) anchovies with roasted peppers (150 g) and fruit salad, fruit with 1 infusion.
Menu 4: steamed spinach (100g), 150g grilled turkey, tomato salad.
Dinner selected from these menus:
Menu 1: steamed asparagus (100g), 1 tortilla, 1 egg with tuna and 1 apple.
Menu 2: rice salad (5og) and cheese (30g) and fruit.
Menu 3: grilled swordfish (150g) green salad (100g) and an infusion.
Menu 4: vegetable soup with pasta (100g), yogurt and 1 fruit.
