<p>At the conclusion of the 12-month study showed that on average they had all lost the same amount of kilos. Cognitive functions also remained the same, but the big difference was observed in the humor.</p>
<p>In the first two months, volunteers from both groups became more cheerful, but in the long term, the situation was different. While people who followed low-carbohydrate diet saw their mood declined, the volunteers who complied with low fat regimen had a wonderful mood.</p>
<p>The researchers believe that if the low carbohydrate diet affects mood, then block the positive effects of weight loss.</p>
