<p>People with high levels of visceral fat are often those who consume a diet deficient in vitamins and:</p>
<p>- Are Obese</p>
<p>- They are sedentary</p>

<p>- They have high stress levels</p>
<p>- They have a diet that is high in fat, particularly saturated fat</p>
