<p>7 tips to increase your metabolism, to metabolize more to lose weight:</p>
<p>1) Take breakfast<br />
To increase metabolism, always take breakfast in the morning. The breakfast allows you to break the fast. Do not skip breakfast. If you wait until mid-morning or afternoon to eat, your metabolism will be slower. Think of breakfast as adding wood to fire in the fireplace. Your metabolism is the fireplace and the wood is breakfast.</p>
<p>2) Eat more small meals<br />
Increase metabolism by eating small meals throughout the day. Eat 4-6 six small meals every 2 to 3 hours.</p>
<p>3) Eat foods that provide real energy<br />
Do not depend solely on herbal products to increase your metabolism and your energy levels. Any increase will be minimal metabolism and herbs are not cheap. Instead, include foods that really bring a lot of energy such as whole grains, beans, vegetables, fruits, etc..</p>
<p>4) Make small daily physical activities<br />
Park your car further away and then walk to your final destination. Use the stairs instead of the elevator whenever possible. Walk to the post office instead of driving.
