RICE WITHOUT lunch or side dish and vegetable banyakin MI: what I do is: Pecel, Gado2 without rice cake, soup, Capcai, Satay (tetep without rice cake / rice), Steak (tenderloin / without fat), Tofu, Tempe.
Let me not hungry eat a lot of side dishes and in kombain (combine) aja Satay Soup with or without fat Steak Pecel with GPP, banyakin eat tempeh or tofu is important NOT RICE, MI, rice cake.

Combined with rice, not supplement tablets. If you want full, not stuffed full of rice but vegetable or side dish.
