Lose weight with beer diet

You know after the holidays you look in the mirror and you think there are a few more pounds to little. While you’re thinking how you do it to get back to your normal weight. If your pills may decrease appetite but is that really healthy?! Below I describe a special diet: the beer diet.
Official beer diet:
It sounds strange perhaps but there is a diet called “the beer diet. The beer and diet is really working. It is scientifically proven and I am going there to give further explanation. The beer diet is actually meant for men but also women can participate. In practice it has shown that men last longer and tastier find to do. The residues with the beer diet is based on a simple principle: Taking less calories than they consume = weight loss.
