We have been offering Spanish language instruction for travellers since 1998, and offer a relaxed learning environment.

We have much of what you'd expect from a Spanish school:

• Great, affordable Spanish classes with experienced teachers
  
• Personalized, one-on-one instruction
  
• Full immersion in the Spanish, including family homestay if desired
  
• And Free group activities
  

But, here's what makes us unique!

• Immersion in the culture of a Maya Itzá town
  
• Our location is just a three block walk to the second largest lake in Guatemala and close to many Mayan ruins
  
• We are in the process of creating an Internet cafe with dedicated connection
  
• Volunteer opportunities in projects we provide to our community: our bio-reserve, medicinal plants program, and social programs
  
• We are a non-profit, community run organization, certified by Green Deal as environmentally responsible
