Diet after Christmas

A purifying diet after Christmas helps us balance the body. We are in full Christmas parties and banquets are common. Within days we are celebrating Christmas Eve, then Christmas dinner. In Healthy Living give you ideas to balance your diet after a Christmas feast. This diet is designed to do during a single day as a cleanser, after a high intake of calories, as in Christmas meals. Not a diet to lose weight but to cleanse the body and balance the excesses of the previous day.

Breakfast:

* Infusion with skim milk or nonfat yogurt with fruit 1.
* 1 slice of bran bread with virgin olive oil, jam or light or nonfat cheese.

Midmorning:

* 1 fruit fresh or 2 dried plums or 3 dried apricots, apricot, a tea, juice or water.

Lunch:

* Vegetable broth (with 1cda. 1cda bran. Wheatgerm)
* Lettuce, shredded carrots, tomatoes, celery and 1 cup of rice or a potato, with 1cdita oil, vinegar or lemon juice.
*Mixed fruit salads.

Snack:
* 1 tea with skimmed milk and sweetener or 1 yogurt.
* 1 slice of whole wheat bread or 2 crackers or rice gluten.
* 1 tablespoon jelly dessert type diet and / or a nonfat cheese.

Dinner:

* Vegetable broth.
* 1 cup of cooked vegetables (like cauliflower, zucchini, eggplant, spinach, onions, peppers, beets and chard) with 1 cup oil, vinegar or lemon juice.
* 1 fillet grilled, or 1 chicken leg or 1 fish fillet on the grill.
* Two pieces of fruit.

Bebe no less than 3 liters of liquids: water, juice, tea or soda, vegetable broth or chicken.

Remember not to make more than a day after a heavy meal and drink plenty of water and juices.
